Börekçi Tevfik
The pastry we ate is called 'Spread Pastry' and it is one of the flavors unique to Antalya. Its inventor is Tevfik Usta, grandfather of Tevfik Usta, who worked as a pastry maker in the 1930s and we went to eat pastry. In other words, Börek making comes from grandfather to grandchild at Tevfik Usta.
